My work integrates emotional wellbeing, physical health, and sustainable lifestyle practices - supporting clients to move forward in their lives.

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

We offer integrated counselling services across the following areas

Adult Wellbeing

I provide integrated counselling for adults navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety and periods of overwhelm. My approach considers the full picture of wellbeing — including emotional health, lifestyle patterns, sleep, movement and the impact of daily demands.

Together we develop practical and sustainable strategies that support resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Counselling for Children (7-11)

I also work with children aged 7–11, supporting them to understand their emotions, build confidence and navigate challenges at school and home.

I prioritise building a strong, trusting relationship so that each child feels heard, supported and championed in their growth. I work collaboratively with parents to ensure wellbeing is strengthened within the wider family environment.

Workplace Burnout & Professional Support

Workplace burnout is recognised as a psychological syndrome resulting from prolonged and unmanaged workplace stress. It can gradually shift an engaged and capable team member into someone feeling exhausted, cynical or disconnected from their work. Overwhelming fatigue, reduced confidence and a growing sense of “not being good enough” are common indicators.

Drawing on my background in leadership and communications, alongside university research focused on workplace burnout, I support professionals experiencing career fatigue, stress and workplace strain.

In addition to individual support, I work with leaders seeking sustainable workplace performance — recognising the commercial realities, emotional labour and organisational pressures that shape leadership roles and influence team wellbeing.

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

An Integrated Approach to Wellbeing

My work considers the full picture of wellbeing. Emotional health does not exist in isolation from lifestyle, stress load, movement, rest and environment. Where appropriate, we may explore practical adjustments that support both psychological and physical resilience.

I value collaboration and can work alongside trusted professionals, including practitioners in nutrition and naturopathy, to ensure clients receive well-rounded support within each practitioner’s professional scope.
